Users of Microsoft Windows have also reported that the load on their systems sometimes go up as well when they are in a MS Teams meeting. In the Mac Outlook calendar, they have a button that says "Add Teams meeting" and when they click that they are prompted to sign in to Outlook with their Office 365 email.

The organization jumped the gun a little bit and decided to have everyone download Teams and get set up with it, however we are finding out that for the Mac users they don't have the ability to schedule a meeting. Some of the users are on Mac, and all of the users have individually licensed copies of Microsoft office, none of them are activated with a Office 365 license.

They have Teams licenses through Office 365, they all have the Microsoft Business Basic licenses. They are using Azure AD that syncs with an on-premise AD server and they use on-premise Exchange. One of the organization's we support recently rolled out Microsoft Teams.
